Does your bird pluck its feathers? (No, it's not natural or normal.  It can be medical, habitual, a reaction to an environmental change, hormonal, or...)

Does your bird scream constantly? (Yes, birds make noise, but constant is not okay.  Most owners are unaware of what they are doing or not doing to contribute to the problem.  You don't have to put up with an overly vocal bird!)

Does your bird bite or run away? (Why doesn't my bird like me?  Chances are, it has less to do with the bird liking you and more to do with the bird not liking something you are doing.)

Is your bird eating the right foods for it's species? (No, they don't just eat bird seed.  In fact, studies have shown that many birds eat little or no seed in the wild.  The correct balance of dietary items can be critical for the proper health of many species.)

Is your bird living in a proper enclosure with the right perches & toys? (Size matters!  So does shape, the materials that perches and toys are made of, placement, and how many perches or toys are present.)

Maybe your bird needs a pedicure, wing trim or beak trim.
